NO DELAY OR REWINDING
to be ready to slice the next ham. A 14# ham averages 8" of slices, at 6 slices per inch and 60 RPM's actual slicing time is 1 minute and 5 seconds per ham.

hand polished stainless steel, Nema 4, wash down motors and gearboxes, USDA Approved, NSF & UL certified.
